Shyam has over 30 years IT industry experience with over 10 years in Global M&A, Joint Venture, Venture Capital, Private Equity Investment Funding, and post merger consolidation. He has worked as an employee and a management consultant with AT&T Bell Labs, Bellcore, IBM, INTEL, Novell, PricewaterCoopers, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenerette, Spear Leads & Kellog, Banker’s Trust, Smith Barney Shearson, Dow Jones.
A serial entrepreneur, Shyam founded Strategic Systems Management (an IT outsourcing firm) and later in 2000 BPO Group LLC (an Advisory services firm). Shyam has extensive experience in helping full service Global IT firms (products, solutions and services): ITES, Outsourcing (ITO, BPO, KPO), Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, DaaS, IaaS), and Mobility firms with their organic and inorganic growth needs – such as preparing growth plans, and developing Global M&A, Joint Venture, Venture Capital and PEI Funding strategies. Experience in determining clients PEI & M&A needs, forming Partnerships and Strategic Alliances, and identifying target companies that have synergy. His expertise is in identifying leading and cutting edge technology value based high margin target companies in the middle market arena. Perform Valuation of target companies. Perform Due Diligence.
